Palouse was the center of the wheat empire and one of the largest
Cities in the region when my great grandfather came out from Kansas
to settle here in the 1870’s. It’s focus is still farming but it has
become very quiet. Palouse has some of the finest ol’ buildings and
homes in the region and a printing museum.. Groceries and a
café are available.
