Troy is an active farming and lumber town. It also serves as a
bedroom community for many that work in Moscow. It's population
is 800. At an elevation of 2800, it is nestled in a wooded draw away
from the winds of the Palouse Prairie. One of my
favorites, Spring Creek Reservoir is just a few miles to the east.
